I shifted the focus from broad awareness to “Neighborhood Targeting” to ensure every potential customer nearby knew about the launch.

  • Geographic Precision: Set a tight 5-10km radius around the salon location to eliminate wasted ad spend on people too far away to visit.
  • The “Near Me” Factor: Leveraged Instagram and Facebook Reels showing the salon’s luxury interiors, positioning it as the “new destination” for premium self-care.

03. The Implementation

  • Offer-Led Lead Gen: Used a “Limited Time Launch Offer” (e.g., 20% off for the first 50 bookings) to create urgency.
  • WhatsApp Direct-to-Book: Instead of a complex website, I used the WhatsApp CTA to allow local customers to book appointments instantly with one click.
  • Platform: Instagram-heavy placement strategy to take advantage of the visual nature of beauty services.
